Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms govern the provision of web design, development, redesign, and SEO/GEO optimization services provided by Marian Narozhniak (NM-Dev.online) to the client.
2. Proposal and Agreement
A fixed-price quote is provided after the free discovery call. The scope, timeline, and price are defined in writing. Work begins only after both parties agree to the quote. Changes to scope after agreement may affect price and timeline.
3. Payment
30% upfront before work begins, 40% on prototype approval, 30% on launch. Payments accepted via bank transfer (PLN/EUR), Revolut, or Wise. Invoices are issued for every stage.
4. Timeline
Most projects are delivered in 2–4 weeks from the start date. The timeline is agreed upon before work begins. Delays caused by late client feedback or scope changes may extend the timeline.
5. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included after prototype presentation. Additional revisions are quoted separately.
6. Intellectual Property
Full ownership of the final website (code, design, assets) transfers to the client upon full payment. The provider retains the right to display the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation
If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client is liable for work completed up to that point based on the proportional value of the total project.
8. Liability
The provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or third-party claims. Total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.
